Dr. Rukmini Banerji talks about The New Education Policy approved by the union cabinet of India on 29 July 2020. She discusses the shift from 10+2 to 5+3+3+4 structure of schooling and the difference in student enrollment when it comes to gender. She concludes while talking about how India's New Education Policy has included remedial education.

Dr. Rukmini Banerji is the CEO of the Pratham Education Foundation. She completed her B.A at St. Stephen’s College and was also a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University.

Pratham is one of the largest non-governmental organizations in India. It works towards the provision of quality education to the underprivileged children in India
