Pakistan's National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Saturday once again reported that the most coronavirus related deaths in the last 24 hours occurred in Punjab.

The number of active coronavirus cases in Pakistan reached 33,474, NCOC stated as Pakistan recorded 2,007 cases in the past day.

As many as 40 more fatalities were also recorded, taking the country's death toll to 10,598.
