Pakistani actor Veena Malik is facing trolls on Twitter and other social media platforms after she posted an anti-Semitic tweet 'quoting' Adolf Hitler.

In the now-deleted tweet, she wrote: "I would have killed all the Jews of the world…but I kept some to show the world why I killed them" and attributed it to Hitler. According to several news outlets, the quote is misattributed.

The tweet has since been removed by Twitter for violating its rules and Malik claimed later that her Twitter account was "compromised".

But that explanation isn't holding up in the court of social media, where people are unanimously condemning her bigotry and anti-Semitism, Dawn reported.

Her tweet is now being used as a means to discredit the Palestine movement and support for Palestinians and by right-wingers who seek to claim that everyone supporting Palestine is anti-Semitic.

People around the world are calling her out for broadcasting hate to her 1.2 million Twitter followers.
