A magnetic IED bomb placed on a Toyota-Corolla model car exploded on Tuesday afternoon, killing three people in a downtown area of Police District 10 of Kabul in Afghanistan, as reported by Tolo news.

Police said all of the three victims are civilians. The blast comes just a few days after when a suicide bomber killed at least 30 people, mostly children, targeting an educational center in the western part of the city in Afghanistan.

The United Nation also expressed deep concern over the killings of civilians in the Afghan conflict
