Sri Lanka has imposed curfew in Divulapitiya and Minwangoda towns north of the capital Colombo to contain the spread of Coronavirus after a COVID-19 positive patient was found Sunday, the state information office said.

“Police curfew has been imposed in Divulapitiya and Minuwangoda until further notice,” the state information office said.

Fifty-five people are in isolation including 15 hospital staff after a 39-year-old woman from Divulapitiya town was confirmed with COVID-19 at Gamapaha hospital.
