Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi reiterated on Friday Pakistan’s strong desire to further enhance the strategic-level partnership with Malaysia in the fields of economy, trade, defence, education and science and technology.

According to a press release issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), FM Qureshi held a telephonic conversation with his Malaysian counterpart Dato Seri Hishammuddin Tun.

The two foreign ministers reaffirmed the excellent ties that exist between the two countries, and emphasised on the importance of close cooperation to overcome challenges brought by COVID-19.
